So I was told that my WiFi wasn't working because I didn't have a data plan, so I purchased a data plan. I was also told that the plan will add the required service books that are missing which WiFi needs in order to function. I then checked the service books and saw that there were a lot more added such as BIS IPPP etc. However, the WiFi STILL doesn't work and I don't know what else to do. PLEASE help

It should have allowed you to access through wifi , On Manage Connection have you turn On your Data Services ? Or locate any free wifi try the same, see if that works ,Also Check this Article :
