Hello to everybody & please Help

Hello from Spain, first of all, sorry for my English, I will try to explain my problem, I'm using a BB 8310 Curve (3 months old) with Vodafone, the problem is that after 2 or 3 minutes of conversation the phone cut the conversation & the screen turns to grey & show me the Hourglass and is totally hung, To use is again I need to remove the battery and start again

 

Please could you please help me

Removed and reload handheld software.

 

download latest one if you don't already have it.
