Help Needed Identifying Blackberry! Trying to get My BB back!!

Hello,

I've lost my BB two days ago and a couple postings on Kijiji.com have poped up with pictures that resembles my BB. The person is selling the BB without a charger or any accessories, its easy to spot that this person found it and is trying to sell it.

I'm trying to arrange a meeting with this person to view the blackberry and I'm expecting all the data on it to be wiped. If so, is there any way for me to be able to spot/prove that its mine.

I have the blackberry box it came with (from Rogers), it has an IMEI #, SIM ID#, PIN #, and BT MAC #. Will any of those number be inside the blackberry under the battery cover?

What should I look for? I'm planning to have the box in my bag anyways to show the "seller" in case the Blackberry truly is mine.

Thanks,

Chuck

 PIN #

on the device go straight to OPTIONS- Status... both the PIN and IMEI will be there, PIN is easier because it is shorter and it is the unique identifier of the device itself... IMEI is something that is carrier specific. GOod luck... hope you nab him
