Hi all..i am a newbie. my blackberry type is curve 3g with os 7.. I bought it 2 days ago. First,everything seemed to be normal but suddenly it cant detect my simcard. there is only SOS signal. ive tried to hard reset several times and there will always be a notification says "uncaught exception: f f f " it still be able to connect through wifi. any solution for this trouble?
The symptoms you gave kind of indicate a hardware problem, I'm afraid. The SOS thing happened to me sometime back but it turned out I just needed to have my SIM card replaced by my carrier since it was too old and the metal contacts were worn out or something.

hmm..i think the problem is the simcard itself. i tried to put another sim card and it was detected. i think i should get the sim card replaced n see whether it will be fixed or not. thanks a lot..
