Help me please

I just got my 8320 a week ago. I am trying to set up my personal email through the wizard, however the only 2 options that I get are 1) i want to use a work email account with a blackberry enterprise server 2) i want to skip email setup.

 

Shouldn't there be another option?

ps. i got this phone from PCCW carrier in HK and im running it in brazil in  TIM carrier.

 

I already got a blackberry service from my provider but i dont know why i still dont have a 3rd email option? how to i upgrade my phone to have that 3rd option?

 

I also cant register my phone in my carrier's bis website? an error message just pops up with a try again note!

Please help me people this is my 1st time with a blackberry

Hi and welcome to the forums!'

On you BB you setup your personal email by using the email Icon.

This is easier.

Logon to the Bis site and setup your personal email account.

Once created, you should get an email on your BB saying it was successful.

Then try to register the phone. You will get another email saying it was verified
