Not sure what happened but I can't receive calls or make calls. Incoming calls go straight to VM - outgoing calls, nothing. I can't send SMS either. I thought it was a MMS that tripped up the phone - I took out the battery and replaced it. I've also powered it off and on again - still nothing. I am receiving the occasional email tho.

Please go to OPTIONS - STATUS and send us the numbers for file free and file total.

You may have inadvertly turned off the radio. Click on your connections icon and make sure mobile network is checked and your service provider is listed next to it and that it does not say off. although I don't think you would be receiving emails.

And you have about half your memory free so it's not that. Hmm. What about a mms made you think that's what could have caused this? Was it abnormal in any way?

When I recieve a MMS it cuts out my audio - can't hear callers - I have to pull the battery out and replace it to restore the audio. Reference link below:

Stacie,

Go to OPTIONS ADVANCED OPTIONS HOST ROUTING TABLE Click on it and then menu key select register now.

This will re -register your phone. You will get an emiail saying it has been registered. do a battery reset make you let the phone reboot 1-3 min. See if your problem returns.
