Help setting up exchange email on curve

Just recieved my Verizon 8330 after a looong wait. I set up my aol email no problem, but cannot set up my work email which is on a microsoft exchange server. We installed the redirect software, synced all my contacts and calendar no problem. But when I go on the device to email setup, it will not go through, keeps saying cannot reach server or other such things.

Anyone BTDT? Any other things to look for?

TIA

Which Blackberry server are you on? 3.6, 4.0, 4.1?

Re: Help setting up exchange email on curve

That's your problem. In order to get your Outlook/Lotus Notes emails onto your Blackberry you will need to be on a Blackberry Enterprise Server. Hence the password it asks you for. That is usually given to you by your Blackberry Admin/IT dept.

Re: Help setting up exchange email on curve

I was told that if we loaded this redirect software from BB, and left a desktop running, that it would sync the email.
