If you are talking about the user-created device lock password, then there is no hope. There is no "master" or "override" password to use...only the password you created can unlock your BB. If you fail the final time, your BB will wipe itself totally clean, and you will have to restore from backup. Sadly, as you imply, you have not been doing any backups, so you will have no source from which to restore.
