1. My bb apps have disapeared from my menu.

2. Is it possible to transfer saved messages from my bb to my pc

1. What apps have disappeared?

 

2. Several methods a) backup your device and SMS messages specifically, you can extract the SMS messages via PC software I'll list below. b) Use a third party application such as TxtForward. see also http://appworld.blackberry.com/webstore/content/98984/
