How long does it take for you BB 8530 to turn on after a battery pull?

On average my BB 8530 takes about 10 minutes to finish loading up and doing the security check before i can even think about putting in my password to access anything.

How long does your phone take to turn back on?

Mine just quit, it froze in the rebooting screen and does nothing else, please help. How can I restore it to factory state

plug it into the pc, and using the sofware u can do  a full reinstall of the phone it takes a while tho
