How to copy the info on my Blackberry to my PC once no longer on service plan

My Blackberry was starting to reboot on its own, was up on contract, so I replaced it. Now I realize I should have copied my sms text messages etc to my computer while still online with Sprint - any way to use the computer cable and copy the text messages, pictures, etc to my PC even though the phone is no longer connected to any carrier?

Please use plain text.

Hey robinsdean,

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.

Thanks for the question.

You can view the pictures on the computer by connecting the BlackBerry® Curve™ smartphone to the computer via USB and use BlackBerry Desktop Software.

You may be prompt to enable mass storage mode on the BlackBerry and just choose enable.

However your SMS messages can not be viewed on your computer.

Let me know if you have any more questions.

Cheers.
