The firewall in my device is enabled and locked and I'm not able to receive the personal emails. kindly suggest how to unlock & disable the firewall.

Is it a personal phone or a work phone ? The lock represents that there is an IT policy on that phone and you can't remove the lock, you can contact your IT desk for further information.

Thanks for your reply, mine is a personal phone hence no work related IT policy applies.
Can you suggest something in this case.

What is device software version to know that : Options > Device > About Device Version > first set of numbers on the third line.
