Easy. Attach the usb cable to the phone and computer. An option screen will appear on the phone. Select  USB drive. In the computer's file manager keep double-clicking on the Blackberry phone that appears double-clicking on the folders inside until you find the photo you want to copy to the computer. Either drag and drop or copy and paste the pix

plug your phone into the PC via USB and open the blackberry folder on your PC, select the picture/folder you want right click and send to, then choose a folder to send to, or just right click and copy, open pictures on your pc and paste, simple. when you know how, same with music

There is also one more way instead of transferring through USB cable.

Go to manage connections.

Check on your Bluetooth, switch on your Bluetotth for your laptop as well.

Now pair your device with your laptop.

So go to bluetooth manager or Blackberry Desktop manager, and then over there you can access files of your device on your laptop to get it transferred!
