I installed the new version of bb messenger in my phone 9360 curve. after rebooting bbm icon is dissappeared so i deleted it from options>application management. now when i tried to reinstall it says this is unavailable to this phone and also the same when i tried with browser.. anyone plz help me out to fix it to normal..

If you are having problem with the most recent one then please Install a previous version of BBM,Please check this Article :HOWTO : install BBm 6.2 if you have trouble with BBm 7  .Hope it will help.

if u can give us any link to download bbm 6.2 on pc, cuz this link says it needs a moblie device, I am not still not able to upgrade by bbm 6.0 to 6.2 from app world

No need to go to App World ! I think you have not gone through that Knowledge Base Article .What happen when   you Click on  here  from your BlackBerry Browser .

                    Sorry right now BBM7 is not available below OS 6 ,As you are on a device which has OS5 so please wait until you get notification for update from App World.
