How to read Chinese on Curve 8520??

Hi... Can anybody tell me how can I read and type Chinese with BB Curve 8520??

I've tried to install and run this "8520wifijEastAsia_PBr5.0.0_rel1385_PL5.2.0.76_A5.0.0.822_Rogers_Wireless_Inc"

but the languages they let me choose doesn't have chinese or any asian languages...

What should I do??

Hiya!

Have you installed these languages to your device via the Desktop Manager?

Re: How to read Chinese on Curve 8520??

Well, I've launched that install thing and chose chinese(traditional) when installing.

Then I connected my phone to the PC and run the desktop software, and updated my phone.
After all of that, I disconnected and had to reset the time, date and those stuff on my phone,
the language options were the same as before... no chinese for me to choose...

and now that keyboard lock thingy has disappeared too = ="

hmm... well the keyboard lock icon will come back if you enable a password on your device. as for the Language  itself. Hold ALT and press Enter... does it bring up a list of available languages? If so, is Chinese there?

If no, go here http://www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB17208
