is it possible to master reset without checking the email and the data? if not what else will be deleted.?thanks in advance..

Your apps and settings. You have to backup to restore all your settings, apps, email, etc.

I have a problem that my blackberry cant on, it has been restarting all the while. I guess the application i downloaded had crashed with the system. if there any way to restore without on-ing the phone?

"reset code"??? I've no idea what you mean by that...can you explain further what your issue is and what exactly you are attempting to resolve?
