How to sync on Windows 7?

Hello

I cant sync my contacts on my blackberry 8520 Curve with my computer which has Windows 7.

I've tried all I could.

Could you please help me with this?

Its syncs with Windows Contacts but Windows Contacts is not available on Windows7

So how to sync? And please help me with the same!
