Hi!
I've been a blackberry user for almost 2 months now and I've been able to surf the internet with,no problem using the blackberry browser. I've been accessing my email through the browser because I don't use blackberry enterprise server. But for the past month, whenever I try to access websites where I need to log in e.g. gmail, yahoomail, etc., the browser always says "your browser's cookie functionality is turned off. Please turn it on."
I already tried the advice given by different users like:
1.) Turning off the blackberry phone, removing the battery and reinserting it.
2.) Changing the blackberry default browser configuration from blackberry to internet explorer to firefox
3.) Changing the browser settings into hotspot browser in the Options icon. i.e. Open < Options > go to < Browser > then change the default configuration to < Hotspot Browser >. In this case, I can access my email when I use the wifi available in the area but not when I use the Blackberry browser using my mobile service provider's internet service.
Are there other ways to turn on the browser cookie functionality in blackberry curve 9300 3G? Would really appreciate your help.
Thanks!

Menu>Browser>Menu>Options>Cache Operations then clear the cookie content.
The BES is for businesses. Do you mean you do not use BIS? The benefits of doing so are considerable and use of wifi, limits costs. Infact I hardly use any of my allowance.

Thanks for the advice!
Already did that too but it still didn't work.
I don't know any other option for turning on the browser cookie functionality.
Maybe I should just contact Blackberry directly.
I'm sorry, yes, I meant BIS not BES.
