Hello 

I have a blackberry curve 8520 so 5 When I try to use facebook twitter or blackberry application world on my wifi it doesnot and it give me a message that I am not connected to a wi fi

I have a data plan on my phone I registered my phone on wi fi and I am stil can not use bb app world on wi fi and other  internet apps like facebook and twitter

Do they work when not connected to wifi,so just on your carrier network?

Look at the momment I don not have a data plan but is there any way to use facebook and twitter without a data plane

You will need an active Blackberry Data Plan to use those apps along with most other data functions on your Blackberry.

So even if i registered my wi fi it will also need ot pay a monthly or daily to ba able to use app world and othe internet appsright.

Correct. In order to use them, even via wifi, you will need an active blackberry data plan from your carrier.

thanks but why when I restart my phone every thing works app world ,twitter and facebook.
