I can not turn on the wifi

Hi, I tried to turn on the wifi in my cellphone but it doesn't work. I've read and watch videos in youtube and I've done just like they say but it doesn't work. Can anybody help me :Helpsmilie:

Not sure what videos you watch, but here is a link:

I don't know of another way of doing this.  Maybe try a battery pull and try the steps listed above again.
