I can't brows web pages

I used to be able to brows web pages on my Curve 8520. I put some bookmarks and used almost everyday.

However, I cannot reach any web pages these few days.

When I click one of the bookmarked web address, screen turns to blank and loading bar appears on the bottom of the screen.  I wait and wait but nothing comes on. Even loading bar stretched full length, still the screen is blank.

From Twitter's help, they required my PIN to solve the problem.  Is that right?

Welcome to BlackBerry Support Forums

 

 

First try this , On your Homescreen Open your Browser > Press the Menu key > Options > Scroll down to Clear Browsing Data ( Mark all fields ) then Click on Clear Now .Once it is done perform a battery pull  by removing the battery while your device is Powered On , wait for a min. then reinsert it Back . after reboot try it again.

If BlackBerry Help is asking for your device PIN then yes you can go ahead ,

I cleared the memory and took the battery out and rebooted.

My favorite website has come back!
