Whenever i go into app world and attempt to download an application (even bbm!) i get the following error message:
"your system administrator has prevented installation of third party applications on this device . contact your system administrator for details"
it also wont let me install apps from the computer.
The phone is second hand and i've tried doing a factory reset but the same problem still occurs.
