I cant open my BBM. I already deleted it and reinstall for a couple of times then its always setting UP then nothings change! and my Email enterprise accounts cant activate please do help me

To use BBM and push email services on our BlackBerry we need a BlackBerry Data Plan / BIs from our Carrier . So call your Carrier Globe to activate such plans on your account and enjoy those BlackBerry Services.
