I have a 9310 with 7.1 OS but cannot find the wifi calling or hotspot features

Hello!  I'm a newbe here.  I have a 9310 on Boost Mobile and it says the OS is 7.1 but I cannot find the cool features BB says are available with this version of their OS.  Can someone point me to where I can find the hotspot and wifi calling features.  Many thanks in advance.  Great new features, btw...

Make sure those features are available with that model of phone. For example my 9360 had FM radio with the 7.1 update, but many other models did not support this. If the phone does, then also the carrier has to support it as well I believe

In addition, make sure that your service plan from your carrier enables those features. Most carriers charge extra for those things, if they even offer them at all. OS7.1 merely makes the device capable...but if your service provider does not offer the service or you are not subscribed to it, then the capability of the device is moot.

Good luck!
