I have a problem with my BlackBerry 8520 the problem is that there is no Browser well there is if I hold the home button in but when I open it is says "You device does not currently have any Browser Configuration Service Book Entries. Please contect your service provider to enable the Browser on your device" Witch I have done. And they have not helped at all I am with Vodacom. Hi Enderzaman
Welcome to BlackBerry Support Forums
You may have to call your Carrier and add BlackBerry Internet services on your account which will push those Browser service book to your device , Also go through this Knowledge Base article :
KB03710 : The Internet Browser icon does not appear on the BlackBerry smartphone.

Ok if you already activated BIS then try those steps in a sequence :
1- Register your Handheld .
2- Resend your Service Book
3- Then perform a battery pull restart like this while the device is powered On remove your battery wait for a min. then reinsert it back
Try it and let us know.

Hi Enderzaman
If it is used then have you performed those steps that need to be taken after purchasing a previously owned device ? So I prefer you should do a full backup of your device using BlackBerry Desktop Software, for that check this KB :
KB05099 Steps to take before selling or after buying a previously owned BlackBerry smartphone.
Try it and see if that helps in resolving your issue.
