I need help ASAP

Please can someone help me! I had to wipe all my apps off my blackberry and I downloaded Bbm before and it's not working just keeps saying its signing into Bbm and then after a while it goes to a blank blue screen and gives me no options? Please help me much appreciated

Hello Bethjadehughes3 and welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.

 

Sorry to hear you're having difficulty setting up your BBM.

 

Are you connected to a Wi-Fi network or are you using your BlackBerry Internet Service data?

 

Do the other apps work, just not BBM? 

 

Have you confirmed with your mobile service provider your BIS plan is active and includes BBM access?
