I need help with my music please!!

I recently upgraded my media card to a 16gb, the only way I can transfer my music is via bluetooth as I have no pc. The problem is, that some of the songs are dubbel, I've removed and reinsert the media card and rebooted many times. When reinserted the media card it asks me do you want to repair (yes) and if any clusters are found do you wanna keep them, (not sure if its yes or no)
Can somebody please help. Thank you in advance!!

Hello,

I don't know what "dubbel" means, but the error messages you receive indicates that either your media card or your media card reader has a problem. To test, you'd have to do this:

1) Obtain access to an identical BB, with a Media Card, that has no issues.

2) Trade media cards with that person

3) See what happens.

If the problem transfers to the other BB, then your card is bad, and needs to be replaced. If the problem remains on your BB, then your BB card reader is bad, and you need in-person hardware-level support and evaluation.

Dubbel is sometimes the same song comes 2 times.
