I've had my BB for over a year and a half.  I loved it when I first got it - there was nothing wrong with it...then.  Now I hate it..yes I said HATE.  I run a small business and use my phone with clients and everyday things.  What is really ticking me off it that it reboots all the time leaving me with no phone and a dead battery!  I take it off the charger in the morn and with in an hour its reboot and dead!  I shouldn't have to carry my charger with me all day long, plus its not very professional to have it when dealing with a potential buyer!   It constantly reboots during the day - not sure why?  I have virtually no apps on my phone, never use wireless and clear out my mail amongst other things on a regular basis.  This phone is completely useless to me.  I've tried everything!

This is my first and last BB unless Blackberry and RIM get themselves together!

Firstly RIM has no contact with these forums just other blackberry users comment. Have you tried a new battery? open the back of your phone and there should be a code on the battery type that into amazon or ebay thats up to you and but a new battery. This shoud work. Also i have noticed with me old storm 2 there is a promlem with the battery slot its too big for the battery so i tapped the battery down with some scottch tape and it never don it to me again. the battery used to slip out and reset my phone. so try taping it down to the side of the phone or try a new battery if they dont work then i suggest a new blackberry

What is your Operating System loaded to your device? Look at Options > > Device > About, third line down beginning with a "v.5.0.x.xxx", What is yours?

First thing? Check the File Free at Options > Status, what is the number at File Free?
Now, leaving the device powered ON, remove the battery of your device, hold a minute, replace and reboot. What is the File Free now?

Do you have Memory Cleaner enabled? Options > Security > Memory Cleaner.
