Im stuck

I'm trying to set up my phone I bought today but it's sending round in circles I'm trying to read the terms on the screen and agree but I enter agree and theI agreement is still there and I cannot move on

I believe you will need to set up your account with Vodafone to proceed any further:  Vodafone BIS setup
