Internet Mail Problem

After a recent restore on my BB Curve 9360 and my Internet email icon has disappeared. I did have two, one work (Enterprise Account - MS Outlock) and one personal (Verizon).

 

The icon is not just hidden.

 

Gone thru set up a few times and does not come back.

 

I read in another thread about using Desktop Manager and the App Loader.

 

When I tried that was instructed needed to be updated..... after update thou I cannot connect my BB.

 

When I connect I get promt on BB for USB Drive, Sync Media and Charge only.

 

I have BB Device Manager 6.0.0.72 and Desktop Manager 5.0.1.42

 

Appreciate any guidance.

Actually decided to uninstall & reinstall BB s/w on PC...... noticed latest is a 7.x so not sure why mine do not update.

 

Anyway, can now connect the BB to the PC - but still don't see within BB Desktop how to restore the Internet Email.

So new s/w was pushed to my BB today - its now running 7.1 2727 and I can now connect to the BB Desktop s/w.

 

I deleted my email account and re-added and Yay! I got the icon back.
