I just got my Curve 9350 and am having serious problem scrolling down when I use the internet. All I can do is zoom in but I cannot scroll down and read articles or anything like that.
However, when the toolbar does appear then I can scroll down. The only problem is that I have no idea how to get the toolbar to appear. I think it appears randomly. Very frustrating. Please help!
To clarify, this is not a problem with the "mouse." I can scroll down but only to the bottom of the screen and then I cannot go any further. Thank you.
