Internet and email not working. PLEASE help.

So I've had my blackberry for a couple of moths and everything's been fine.

 

Yesterday I stopped receiving emails on my blackberry and I also noticed that my internet wasn't working anymore. It came up with the message 'unable to connec to the internet, please try again later' even though I'm at home and my phone is connected to my WiFi.

 

I've looked around the internet for help and tried a hard reset a couple of times, which didn't help anything. I then tried deleting my service book and did the whole Host Routing Table registration again, and I got the blackberry registration email, however I'm still not getting emails. 

 

Alot of the help online suggests going to Email Settings and Setting up my email account again, but seeing as my internet isn't working it comes up with an error message 'your device had a problem connecting to the server' when I try to launch the Email setup. 

 

I saw that you could set up your email from your computer but when I tried to do this it didn't have my wireless service provider, BT, listed as an option. 

 

This is really really urgent as I really don't know what the problem is and why it's suddenly occurred and what I'm meant to do! Any help would be MASSIVELY appreciated! thank you :smileyhappy:

Please turn off WiFi and check your device for a working mobile network connection. Look at your Manage Connections screen > Services Status screen. What is the status of your BlackBerry Internet Services?
If none of the troubleshooting you've performed succeeds, I would suggest you call BT and have them check to confirm your account is provisioned correctly.

My Mobile Network is working.

My BlackBerry Internet Service says Mobile Network.

 

I tried updating my Blackberry software after reading a recommendation it solves technical problems but all its done is delete BlackBerry Messenger and BlackBerry App World off my phone.

 

I guess I will have to call BT or talk to someone in an Orange shop.

after loading new a new operating system, you may need to self install BBM and Appworld.
Using your BlackBerry browser, navigate to these URLs to install either.
www.blackberry.com/appworld
www.blackberry.com/messenger
