My BB 9300 can not access internet however I can access facebook and twitter since those two applications were already installed on the phone. Whenever I try to search for a website the phone only search the site and automatically revert to back. Your assistance will be highly appreciated.
When you device is POWERED ON, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery. This make a reboot to your device which resolves minor issues with the BlackBerry device.
