Dear all,
here is my problem. I've been receiving emails for the last few months or so, the emails would go to the "messages" application and the sms/mms would go to the "text messages" application. i don't know what i did yesterday, but suddenly only txt and mms messages appear in both applications. my emails are nowhere to be found. I still get the little enveloppe at the top telling me i've received some new emails and can access the latest mesgs by clicking on the top banner (with the reminders) but my inbox has virtually disappeared. Every time i bb click when the msg app is open, i get layout options, not the app's options... does this sound familiar to any one here? when i try to open "inbox" nothing happens...
could you please help me?

Hi and Welcome to the Community!!
I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2 each should result in a message coming to your BB...please wait for that before proceeding to the next step):
1) Register HRT
2) Delete and Resend Service Books
3) Batt Pull Reboot
Hopefully that will get things going again for you! If not, then you should try deleting and re-adding your BIS configuration for the affected email accounts. Otherwise, you should contact your mobile service provider for formal support.
