My phone only seems to be getting my email during the day (email that comes to my Outlook account only seems to go to my phone the next morning, at 8:30 or 9:00).  Is there a setting I can change?

No, sorry, your BlackBerry doesn't "check" for mail, rather any mail you receive to your email server is "pushed" to your handheld device by RIM servers.

Likely you have some Outlook setting that may be deleting the mail from server, but that doesn't make sense that you only get it the next day. You'd have to explain a little further how your mail and outlook is setup.

Thanks... its a work phone, and our IT guy told me to check that first.  It didn't sound right to me, since they were coming in at different times the next morning.  I'll have to check with him again, I really don't know how he has it set up (seems far more convoluted than it needs to be, but what do I lnow! lol)

Yes, check with your IT people if this is a BES or OWA account. They should help you there.
