Check if there's an update for your device with BlackBerry desktop manager on your PC .
Download the desk top manager from www.BlackBerry.com/desktop

Hi Jsanders,

I checked the service status, it displays 'mobile network' under the heading under Blackberry Internet Service. I have active BIS connection.

I think it is time for you to call Vodafone and get this issue escalated up to BlackBerry Technical Support for official support on this issue.
