I'm stuck on step 6...can anyone help? I went to Start>run and then I typed in cmd. After that, I tried to type the program file stuff but it keeps giving me a msg that it is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

HAve been trying to get the file deleted since past two days from my 7130g. Is there any solution to the error "The System Cannot find the file"?

Going crazy with the idea of re-locting the entire data out of all these 2 years since I have been using the BB 7130g.

Can someone help??

I'm guessing you forgot to type "cd" before the program file path, "cd" is the command to change directory, so:

cd "C:\Program Files\JL_Cmder\"

Type everything in bold, including the quotes, assuming JL_Cmder is located at C:\Program Files\JL_Cmder\

Make sure you are typing the correct file name. Check out this screenshot the filename is highlighted in red. Make sure you're not including the numbers in parentheses.

Hi Shmoo,

Thanks for your revert. Am doing exactly as mentioned in the earlier post. But the message shown is "The System could not find the file" the name of the file is net_rim_font_european_sff-2.

I am also not taking the last digits mentioned in the file name.

Please can you suggest some way out??!!

Hey, I think the error you are getting is Windows saying that it can't find "javaloader.exe"

Where did you install JL_Cmder? My instructions for number 6 assume that you installed it to "C:\Program Files\JL_Cmder." If you installed it to a different directory, you will need to use that path in the cd command.

No. The Javaloader is getting identified. The msg that I am getting is The System Cannot Find the File Specified.

I am typing cd javaloader.exe-p<20491E74> erase-f net_rim_font_european_sff-2

Is there anything that I am missing or not typing properly? Can you please let me know?
