I have the JVM Error but when I try to connect my phone to the pc it shows that it can not communicate with the connected device,

any advice on how to fix it?

Please can you assist I have tried everything bu keep getting invalid handle. I did a factory reset now. i only have the below log can any one please tell me what to type to erase:

do you know anything about a new JL_cmnder for Windows 8? I got the 102 error on my bold 9900 and cant find a way to get rid of the error.

Hi, I can't even get by #1.  My computer tells me the program is not found after I install it.  Any suggestions? Thanks

Hey Shmoo I was also having issues and I finally got it downloaded.  I got to #2 Event log, clicked on it and my Event Log-Notepad opened up and it was blank.  The JL_Cmder states

"Javaloader" is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch files.  Command competed!Clear the event log? (Y/N)

Any suggestions or am I doing something wrong?

I have tried to follow each step but when i chose opption 2 on JL_Cmder, note pad comes up. What do i have to do ?

Then you are not opening JL_Cmder.

Notepad should not open.

i followed the steps and it worked but when i restarted the phone it showed me the 'Error 102' again
