JVM error 545

this stupid phone keeps displaying this error message i have done everything the support page tells me and still nothing, how do you contact someone about this? trying to find someone to email for customer support is rediculous on this site! am slowly losing patience and will be flight testing this phone very shortly :smileyhappy:

I have tried to update after giving me this above error and it gives me "There was an error updating your software" on the updating device software. what should i do?

i am having the same problem with my phone, JVM Error 545 Reset, to make matters even worse, the phone is now allowing connection, i cant have access to the phone, to be able to do anything, please what can i do?
