Hi all

 

I have the same issue with Japanese emails sent from my Blackberry displaying as ??????

 

I followed the instructions earlier in this thread to install the DOCOMO OS and I can now see Japanese emails sent to me from other people, but my replies are always lots of question marks. ???????

 

I have tried changing the message encoding (automatic, Japanese, simplified Chinese etc etc) but none of them work. 

 

I am using BIS and wondering if it's something to do with my carrier Orange as when I had a blackberry on Vodafone previously I had no problems sending Japanese emails.

 

Any help is greatly appreciated!
