Hi,

I tried downloading BBM, but im getting an error msg: "Sorry, your device does not meet the system requirements that are needed to support BlackBerry Messenger".

 

What can I do now???

On your Manage Connections screen, click on the Services Status.
What is the status of the BlackBerry Internet Service?
