We're trialling Blackberry and I've had two users contact me to say the keyboard illumination doesn't work.
On mine, if you press a key the keyboard lights up depending on the ambient light i.e. I can move it under/away from a desk lamp and see the keyboard light up or go off.
So, assuming their phones aren't broken, is there something they are likely to have missed?
I notice the light sensor appears to be the LED. I also can't seem to find a hotkey to turn on the keyboard backlight if it isn't on by default?
