Keyboard lights not lighting up

I recently dropped my phone on concrete and ever since this happened, my keyboard LEDs have not been lighting up.

Is there anything I can do?

Thanks :-)

Re: Keyboard lights not lighting up

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

It is possible that, in the fall, your BB was damaged...to be sure, with power ON, please remove and reinsert your battery and see if the problem clears. If not, then it's likely that something inside has broken...and further diagnosis requires in-hand support from a qualified hardware technician. If you remain in warranty, you can try to exercise that (though, if there is visible signs of damage, they may refuse). Otherwise, you'd need to find a local shop with a qualified technician that you can trust.

Good luck!
