Keys/cursor not working whenever I have BB protective case on

This is a very weird issue and I have no idea why it's doing it.. Since I got a new 9320 phone I ordered a nice pretty protective case, however when the case is on the key and cursor don't work, yet as soon as I remove the case everything works perfectly.. The case allows access to all keys, camera and sockets. Am I unique in this issue? :smileyindifferent:

Re: Keys/cursor not working whenever I have BB protective case on

I think I've figured out that although the case is for my phone design it's actually putting pressure on the lock button so the key/cursor become frozen as it's "half locked". :Dots:

Hi kikatmoofin

Good to know that you figure it out :smileyhappy:  Always insist on Geniune and should be according to the model .
