My daughter has tried to activate BBM7 on her phone -this did not work as she needed to input her password (which she has forgotten) or her prompt question (which she has also forgotten) How can we regain access to her BBM account ? Hav spent ages on the phone to Virgin who could not help and the only assistance available from BBM seem to be various email links that I do not understand as I am a complete technophobe !!! All offers of help gratefully received

This happened to me today. Head to https://blackberryid.blackberry.com/bbid/login/ from a computer, click forgot password and follow the directions.
