The Language and input support depends on OS that you have on your device , I am not sure but you can try downloading an OS having all language from your Carrier site to your PC .After downloading that OS file Install it on your PC and use BlackBerry Desktop Software to add those languages if your Carrier supports those languages.Please Check those Knowledge Base :
