Hello Support Team,

 I have this issue where everytime I connect my BB Curve 8520 to my laptop using the USB cable, for some strange reason my laptop unable to read the memory card in the device. So I'm unable to transfer all my media data from my BB to my laptop. However, I still can back up my BB contact, update my BB OS and make changes to my BB using the BB Desktop Manager.

Hi & Welcome to the Community..!!

Please press menu Icon (BB Sign), you will see all icon on home screen > Option > memory > Ensure media card supprot should be ON, Media Storage Mode Supportalso should be ON, Auto Enable mass storage mode when connected should be YES.

i have made those changes that you mention, still my laptop unable to read the memory card in my BB Curve 8520. Please assist.

Please check another media card or try by connecting handheld in another PC.

Even I have the same issue with BB8520, i tried the steps mentioned above, still no go. Is there any solution for it.
