If you had Installed only one applications then this should not happen .Can you confirm if you have any media card on your device ,Where are your media stored ? is it on the device memory or media card ?

Re: Less INternal Memory

Hi bsahapune

So you are sure that all  your media files are stored on your memory card. On Homescreen Go to Media > Press the menu key > Explore > Click on device > and search every Field  and if you see any media  files are there .If you see any you can transfer those files to your memory card ,look at this knowledge base :

KB05478  :  Transfer  files  between  the Media card and device memory on a BlackBerry smartphone.

Also you can connect your device and open BlackBerry Desktop Software to see which application is using how much space of your internal memory .
