I dropped my phone and now some of my letter keys type the wrong letter or even a series of a few letters. Voices sometimes sound low and distorted when making calls as well. Has anyone else seen a similar problem? It didnt seem like the fall should have damaged the internal mechanisms that much.
I would start with a battery pull. Remove the battery with the phone on and leave it out for 30 seconds replace it and allow the phone 1-3 minutes to reboot. Please check for any signs of improvement and let us know. Thanks.
