Links options

I am having difficulty with a web page. After I log into a website the second page comes up asking me to choose my Profile, Student or Faculty.  Problem is the Student profile is the only option I have to click on.  The faculty link is not highlight therefore I cannot click on it.

I called my provider, T-Mobile and they were unable to assist. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thank you!

Re: Links options

Hi and welcome to the forums!

If the link is not private, could you post it, so we can test it?

Thanks

Re: Links options

Perhaps you can only choose the "faculty" link from certain locations in an effort to prevent hacking.

Re: Links options

Hi there Lorrie,

Not sure I understand the difference with respect to your suggestion.  I can access the website and Faculty link from any computer just not from my phone.

Re: Links options

Hi there,

Unfortunately, I can't provide the page I am trying to select the link as it already has my id and password.

The website is...www.ecampus.phoenix.edu.  This is the sign on page.

Re: Links options

I have been able to successfully navigate around everything except login in and getting to your second page.

That would say that at least the first page does not contain flash, Macromedia or any formats the BB cannot read.

I would ask your Webmaster about your access through BB.

I'm sorry we couldn't help further.

Would you take a minute and resolve the thread using the options on the right side?

Thank you very much.
